Utilized the period for enhancing skills by completing PMP® and ITIL®4 certifications, taken training on PMI-Risk Management Professional, Lean Management, ITIL, Business Analysis and regularly attending Webinar sessions conducted by PMI. Actively involved with Alumni association since 2017-18 to improve the standard of educations in Govt. run Schools in Odisha through “My School” Program. A complete proposal submitted to Govt. of Odisha for the school children in understanding the key issues, working towards generating solutions to the issues and getting implemented through small- scale pilot projects.
