PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Studying the work plan submitted by the contractor and suggest any modification if required as per our planning schedule.

2. To watch and inspect the construction work and ensure that it is done in full accordance with the drawing, technical specifications and bill of quantities. 3. Supervise the work on site in accordance with the contract document and using the template and procedure established by the consultant.

4. Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use on site as per approved sample by the consultant and take his approval on M.I.R. and also ensuring remove of rejected materiel out from site. 5. Ensuring the correct implementation of the work according to technical specification, designs and quality of materials.

6. Checking lay-out and setting- out of buildings, exiting structure and site levels. 7. Ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and followed to the full extant. 8. Monitoring daily progress of site and reviewing the weekly progress reports submitted by the contractor.

9. Track the progress of work. If delayed provide recovery procedures to contractor. 10. Keeping track of the day worked in line with the design of contract. 11. Review the work progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis. 12. Reviewing contractor submittals such as shop drawings, materials, method statement ….etc. 13. Issuing NCR, Field instructions, and site observation reports for any non-conformity activities that affecting the quality of work.

14. Providing technical design solutions to any problems encountered on site. 15. Liaison with client, project management Company and contractor for any concerning and find proper solution for daily site issues.

16. Participate in Client and Contractor facing technical and progress meetings. 17. Assist in preparing monthly report and dash board. 18. Follow up contract and correspondence with contractor and client. 19. Assist Quantity Surveyor in the variations and monthly invoices. 20.
