Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of project controls procedures supporting successful project’s cost, progress, quantity, and/or schedule processes. Responsible for the development of the Level III fully resource loaded Schedule being submitted to the Client November 2018 – March 2020 Summit Industrial Houston, TX Director of Project Controls – Provides overall administration, organization and oversight of companywide project engineers, document control, project controls, and scheduling functions. Responsible for the successful execution of project engineering, project controls, and scheduling across all current and proposal phase Projects. Lead/Manage/Organize Project Control Managers, Scheduling, Project Engineers, Field Engineers, and Cost Engineers. Ensure that each project has clearly defined Roles and Responsibilities for assigned reports, including breakdown of all activities and sitting with each employee and detailing out the expectations. Responsible for companywide standardization of cost controls including progressing format, procedures, and rules of credit associated with determining percent complete. In conjunction with the Project Management Team, develop and implement Project Specific Cost Controls Procedures at the start of each project that comply with contractual requirements and internal procedures. Track/monitor/manage project level costs including detailed weekly cost reviews with the Project Manager, Site Manager, and project team. Works with Project Manager and Project Engineer to ensure weekly quantity surveying, progressing and data input are completed in accordance with company's rules of credit and procedures. Assist in the Development and Implementation of Project Scheduling Activities. In conjunction with the Project Manager, assist in the development of the baseline P6 Schedule complete with all Owner deliverable milestones, internal milestones, defined and agreed to logic, and fully manloaded and resource loaded. March 2018 – November 2018 Saulsbury Industries Houston, TX Project Controls Manager – Manages and oversees project controls for EPC projects for the Gulf Coast Division. Responsible for planning and scheduling, cost engineering, cost analysis/control, Forecasting and quality review. Directs cost estimating, analysis, and control activities. Project Controls Manager – Contracted to represent Pioneer Natural Resources (Owner) in Developing, managing, updating, and monitoring individual project schedules and integrated overall master program schedule in conjunction with project team members of (Client) oil & gas drilling facilities for the Eagle Ford Shale project in South Texas. Reviewing schedule, progress and productivity of consultants and contractors, monitor and verify monthly costs and earned value, and conduct change order management and control, Developing, managing and monitoring program and project specific budgets, cash flow projections and forecasts. Developing and preparing monthly project progress summary reports. Managed, tracked and forecasted

$300M in contracts.

November 2009 – February 2011 DynCorp International LOGCAP IV Afghanistan Project Controls Manager – Responsible for providing Project Controls oversight, development of scope, workforce schedules budget adherence and estimates to accurately track all project data for all phases of the project. Develop daily, weekly and monthly accruals and cost reports for client interface meetings. Managed Schedule Preparation support and services to all construction initiatives, oversee the work of field project schedulers and staff engineers, provide staff training to facilitate the use and application of Primavera, Supervise the implementation, administration, and maintenance of scheduling software, Provide Progress Reporting by analyzing and reporting on projects regarding schedule progress and delivery impacts. ($3B) March 2009 – November 2009 Aerotek Dry Forks Station Unit I Gillette, WY Scheduler – Responsible for developing a detailed Engineering and Construction schedule utilizing P3 for the Mechanical Piping of the Coal Fired Power Plant. Interface with other construction departments to provide scheduling data for items such as subcontract change requests, bid comparisons and resolution of potential schedule/work conflicts. ($24M)

September 2008 – March 2009 BE&K Bear River City, Utah Scheduler - Scheduler on a 760,000 sqft. green field Pulp and Paper Facility, Developed CPM schedules utilizing Primavera 6, Creating and modifying WBS and CBS structures, assigning resources, establishing logical relationships, tracked activity progress and monitored critical path. ($350M) November 2003 – September 2008 Kellogg, Brown, Root Services Inc. Baghdad, Iraq Lead Planner/Scheduler – Responsible for planning and scheduling for government construction projects, work from deliverables WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and create and maintain a complex project schedules in MS Project 2007, responsible for Weekly, Monthly scheduling updates for assigned sites and participation in expenditure forecasts and performing schedule analysis ($1.3B) 3
