● Assist drivers to get them on the road by renting cars for ridesharing, on average renting 50 cars a day.
● Work with vendors to make sure our cars are up to Lyft standards of safety, handling recalls and any problems with the cars.

As a student of the JMC School of Mass Communications at Kansas State, I learned valuable skills that are crucial for this position. For example, I’ve had experience with working on projects on a strict deadline, such as my senior project and capstone project. Not only that, but as a Communication Studies minor and Officer of the Debate Team at Kansas State, I’ve had experience working with different people and personalities, which means I can get along with anyone and work towards getting an objective completed, which is important is team environments. Not only that, but I’ve had experience working in multiple roles, such as my experience as a Community Associate with Lyft, where I not only assisted drivers with issues ranging from pay to tech issues, but also worked logistics for the rental program. I have also had experience preparing reports and keeping accurate billing, as an Assistant Sales Associate for General Wholesale one of my responsibilities is to keep track of how much beer was sold as well as prepare a report to show to management and store owners. Finally, I’ve had experience working with clients on different projects, both at school and at my jobs, which I can showcase daily on the job. For example, I have experience using these skills with my previous jobs, such as a Student Caller for the Kansas State Foundation where I called alumni to help raise scholarship funds for the University and a Softlines Associate at Sears Holding Company where I interacted with customers on a daily basis to help with their needs. This experience, along with my desire to improve everyday and showcase my abilities will shine day after day, and it's why I am the perfect candidate for this position.
