Ex-Australian Armed Forces Administration Officer a pro-active hands-on team member and leader with strong people management skills. Used NetSpider (access based) software to find Aircraft and Airline documents on a network containing 700,000 files. Located approximately 500 documents including CAMO 42 documents. Updated to DrawCon Document Control database and assigned all relevant metadata and expiration dates. Sent reports to others of all expired documents. Updated, from Mark-Ups, masters in Word and Adobe PageMaker. Compared PageMaker to Paligo. Started move toward simpler management and update of documents.

Seconded to Mitsui E&P. Waitsia Stage 1 Expansion of brownfield Xyris Gas Plant – 10 to 20 TJ/D Capacity. Small brownfield project. Waitsia Stage 2 Expansion pre-FID greenfield project 250 TJ/D standalone CNG plant.
Trawled the network and other sources for any and all files, previously either semi or not controlled and added metadata for Access based system for eventual export to a DMS. Over 200k files checked 35k files kept – some, 12k, added to a new SharePoint portal with filter form for transfer of operations of two assets from a third party to inhouse. Involved in EMDS / IPMS selection for the WGP2 project. Successfully Co-ordinated the entire Document Control function for the Perth Office and Technical Information Centre. This included staffing levels and training. Duties included hands-on lead role whilst also responsible as a project based document controller on three separate projects at the same time.
Project responsibilities included: Setting up deliverables (drawings, specifications, reports, manuals, etc), data bases with budget hours and progress measurement systems from scratch, logging, recording, copying and distribution of all deliverables including vendor deliverables
(including expediting overdue data from both the vendors and review teams), progress reporting each fortnight or as required against deliverables (including Vendors) and project close- out/archiving.
Further important responsibilities included liaison with the client to ensure timely delivery of all materials requiring hand-over and hand-over format, which was completed on or ahead of time. Other duties also included liaison with external businesses for reprographic services. Achievements
