Aerodynamic Investigation on Extended Leading Edge Flap at Low Reynolds Number Eppler 423 airfoil was modified by placing a leading edge flap designed in CATIA V5 and analysed using
ansys. The results so obtained showed higher lift at low reynolds number, apt for use of lift generation for low
speed, heavy cargo airplanes.
Tools used – ansys (icem cfd, workbench) and catia v5 Fatigue Justification and Repair of wing and landing gear structure of in-service Aircrafts Propose appropriate repair solutions.
