Roles & Responsibilities – Service Engineer (OLTC), (NIFPS) & RE-GENERATIVE BREATHER(RHB):
Responsible for Inspection, Repairing & Overhauling of On-Load Tap Changers (OLTC).
Recommending required spares to clients during inspection & service.
Internal co-ordination with spares department for recommended spares.
Providing feedback to our office/factory regarding site complaints, fault observation in our product.
Internally co-ordinate with service manager for scheduling activities.
Responsible for Erection, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Nitrogen Injection Fire Prevention & Extinguisher System (NIFPES) and Re-generative breather(RHB).
Verification of site materials received from our factory with respective checklist & ensuring whether the same meets with the site requirements.
Monitoring & coordinating the Erection, Installation, Testing activities with our Erection team.
Involved in stage - wise inspection & final commissioning activities with client as EMR representative.
Performing Dynamic Contact Resistance Maintenance test (DCRM) at site using DCRM equipment (Model: TWA40AD, Make : DV power).
Executing the work as per EMR safety rules and regulations.
Conducting seminars and practical training at client end to make it as a user friendly product.
ProvidingProviding feedback to our factory regarding site complaints, fault observation in our product.
Updating of MOM, Inspection report, failure report using SAP software.
Preparation and submission of daily and weekly basis site activities.
Position : Service support Engineer
Generating offers for service according to customer requirements.
Processing the offer onto PO for execution of service.
Engaging required service engineers to the customer location.
Supporting service engineer with required details during service like diagrams, schemes, supporting photos
After service completion, collecting MOM and MK16 from service engineer.
Generating service report and service invoice respectively for the service using SAP.
Payment follow-ups for the service done as per service invoice.
