Checking operation of NRV, Flow switches, Butterfly valves, Pressure switches, Servicing, Dismantling, Reassembling, Overhauling of semi hermetic open and closed type reciprocating compressors. Installation and commissioning of split unit, Panel unit, Multi Split Unit. Checking of humidifier and de-humidifiers & Trouble shooting. Checking operation of 3 way valve, Actuators and Modulators. Check operation of motorized damper, fire damper, manual damper, pressure switch & diff.air pressure switch

• Ensure the performance of the plant condition for the smooth operation of exchange equipments & office, Perform a specialist role on the BMS controls to regulate the climatic conditions in site offices.
• Attend & troubles shoot all types of major Break downs, Corrective maintenance, Installation & Commissioning of Mechanical & HVAC systems in all MEP sites as per HSE procedures.
• To ensure all site activities are properly understood and communicated to Associate Engineer as required.
• Plan & Create corrective & preventive maintenance work order using computerized maintenance management tool like Maximo.
• Supervise the jobs carried out by the contractor, as per safety requirement.
• Ensure compilation and effective rectification of snagging lists for takeover of completed jobs by the contractors.
