WORK AND RESPONSIBILITY

Review and analyzed monthly production plan Vs Actual.

Coordinating with shop floor technician / subcontractor according to customer needs.

Monitoring and maintain KRA’s (Key Result Area) reports to improve production.

Plan the schedule for production on daily basis and manage the manpower according to daily production target.

Minimize daily rejection/rework percentage to improve the cycle time of Production.

Co-ordinate with QC for quality clearance of critical process part.

Monitoring the critical shortages required by production on daily basis.

To ensure balance flow of material on daily basis to achieve uniform production.

Setting the priorities for the assembly as per requirement of order execution department.

Work out the critical & expected shortages materials for the day to day production.

Preparation of report for the production review.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors to achieve production targets without fail.

Supporting to Quality department when customer complaints arise to solve issues thus reducing customer complaints.

Analyzing Root Cause Failure Investigations regard to safety and equipment failures.

Coordinate and representing the monthly production plan Vs Actual through PPT.

Discuss major constraints related to quality and material shortages in daily morning meeting with management.

Reducing the cycle time through Kaizen activities.
