Worked as a room attendant in Housekeeping Dept. in Hotel Marriott, Hyderabad Andhra Pradesh, India from 2002-2005 from 2002-2005.
Worked as a Supervisor in Taj group Tri- star hotel in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India from 2005-2006.
Worked as an honour room attendant from 2006-2012 in Novotel hotel five-star luxury property 2006 from ACCOR group in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India from 2005-2006.
Then I promoted as a Housekeeping Supervisor and worked in same hotel (Novotel hotel five-star luxury properties from ACCOR group) from 2012 to 20th June 2014.

RESPONSIBILITIES: -
As a Housekeeping supervisor in a Hotel and an Airport: -
Ensure personnel, supervision and work equipment are appropriate
Rescue – plan for any rescue for a work situation.
Store, care for and maintain equipment
Implement procedures for selection, inspection and care of equipment
Implement procedures, method statements, work plans
Have a general understanding of legal requirements
Complete risk assessments on site
Properly manage all access and work equipment on site.
Inspection of equipment; detailed / thorough / formal / documented
Manage rescue for specified work site
Holding meetings with Housekeeping staff to discuss their job functions.
Listening to, understanding and clarifying guest concerns. Inspecting the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms and public areas.
