- Responsible for managing electrical maintenance section of Reduction plants. Preventive and breakdown maintenance of fully automatic fume treatment plants having Allen Bradley control logix PLC and ABB and AB make VFD. Also maintenance of blowers, fans, compressors, rotary valves, regulating valves, conveyors, vibrators, Otto Junker induction furnace, preheaters, etc.

- Responsible for POV and commissioning of various equipment’s in reduction area plants like potlines, Gas treatment plants, Compressors, Services, etc.

- Review of drawings, Functional descriptions, BOM, Procedures during design and errection stages of the plant and equipments.

- Involved in successful Plant Startup and ramp up of production lines and other associated plants.

- Team building and development. Inhouse training to team members and new comers.

- Planning, organizing and controlling schedules and PM plans like Preventive, predictive and corrective Maintenance of various kinds of equipment’s and plants which includes LV and MV motors, switchgears, feeders, and automated machines of various applications.

- Maintenance of all type of heavy equipment’s used in Aluminum Smelter process.

- Development of documentation like procedures, risk assessments, records, check sheets etc. of routine and non-routine maintenance.

- Set up of electrical workshop and associated facilities for maintenance activities.

- Troubleshooting and repair of equipment’s and systems whenever required.

- Involved in Arc Flash study and review of electrical switchgears designs. Conversant with the following Systems
