Responsible for engineering efforts on technical definition work, including design, drawings for field instruments, ICSS systems, and fire and gas systems. Supervised engineers & designers. Defined, directed and coordinated to ensure the quality and technical accuracy of the implementation of I&C engineering requirements. Developed pre-FEED and FEED for I&C packages; specifications, block diagrams, estimate index, basis of estimate, subcontracts, long lead items requisition, I&C philosophy, project execution plan, man-hour estimate, evaluate vendors’ commercial and technical offer for project budget. Projects included:

●Golden Pass LNG, EPC project in Sabine Pass, Texas USA, converts the existing LNG receiving facilities into a new natural gas liquefaction plant with a capacity of 15.6 million tons a year (3 x 5.2 million ton trains).

●Formosa Sunshine FEED, the industrial complex will produce polyethylene, polymer and ethylene glycol that are used to make everyday products including car casings, plastic bottles, grocery bags, drainage pipes, artificial turf, polyester clothing, antifreeze and playground equipment. The Sunshine Project and site preparation is underway for the estimated $9.4 billion industrial complex to be located in St. James Parish, Louisiana.

●Freeport LNG, EPC project export terminal is a 20 million tons per annum (Mtpa) natural gas liquefaction and export project being developed on the Quintana Island near Freeport, Texas, US.

●Cameron LNG, EPC project, awarded a contract valued at approximately $6 billion by Cameron LNG to construct the Cameron Liquefaction Project in Hackberry, Louisiana. The scope of work includes engineering, procurement and construction for the addition of natural gas liquefaction and export facilities to the existing LNG regasification facility. The Cameron Liquefaction Project will consist of three liquefaction trains with a nameplate capacity of approximately 13.5 million tons per year of LNG. The facility will utilize Air Products & Chemicals, Inc.’s (APCI) process and equipment as the liquefaction technology.

●IGP Methanol (IGPM), Myrtle Grove, Louisiana, has contracted CB&I to execute a Front End Engineering Design (FEED) with an Open Book Estimate (OBE) for a methanol complex in Myrtle Grove, Louisiana. The site is anticipated to include four (4) methanol production trains each with a capacity of 5,000 mt/d, four (4) air separation units (ASU), utilities, storage, load out and site infrastructure to support operations.

●Gulf Coast Ammonia Plant, FEED, 3,500 MTPD, Texas City, TX is developing an ammonia complex in Texas City, Texas. The site will include an ammonia plant with a capacity of 3,500mt/d, utilities, ammonia storage, and marine dock to load ships and barges.

●NextDecade LLC, FERC/FEED, two 4.5-Mtpa LNG trains, export terminal with two 180,000-m3 full containment LNG tanks, Rio Grande LNG, Brownsville, Texas, USA.

●Anadarko Petroleum, reimbursable/fixed-rate FEED & EPC estimate, pretreatment and two-train 5-Mtpa LNG grassroots liquefaction export facility (design for 50 Mtpa future capacity for LNG park), AMA-1 project, remote location, Mozambique LNG, Palma, Afungi Peninsula, Cabo Delgado Province, Mozambique.

●Westlake Chemical Corp., EP, ethylene cracking heater SRT-V No. 8, revamp Petro No. 2 ethylene unit, Lake Charles complex, Westlake, La., USA.

●Yemen LNG, joint venture: Total, Hunt Oil, Yemen Gas Co., etc., EPC, grassroots 420-MMSCFD LNG cryogenic unit, upstream gas processing plant, Marib, Yemen. Supported construction.
