For many years I was an adjunct professor at various, local two- and four-year colleges, such as Montclair State University, CCM, Western Connecticut State University & WCC, teaching Intro. to Fiction, Writing Composition 1 & 2 and General Humanities. About three years ago, I made a career change to become a certified professional life coach which led to a series of other holistic training and certifications. In addition to becoming a coach, I have also received accredited certifications in teaching meditation, RYT 200 yoga instruction, chair yoga instruction, and most recently, Reiki 1 & 2 attunement and training.
Currently, I teach meditation and yoga in various settings including (but not limited to) public and charter schools, corporate exercise programs & HR special events, small businesses, private clients & group settings for both adults and children.
