COMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES IN FIELD

Involved in all construction, pre-commissioning & commissioning related activities such as Installation, loop check, sequence test, functional test, start-up & normalization of central process plants, utilities, various kinds of vendor packages.

Commissioning and check of control valves like LCV,PCV,FCV (ABB,FISHER FIELVUE DVC6000) with HART, using PSU stroke value has checking from dead band value onwards to span.

Commissioning & Checking of FGS like HD, GD, SD, H2S Detector, IR, UV Detectors (Drager,Polytron,Sieger) (Calibrator using for GD,HD is Zellweger analytics), ESDV PB, MAC, F&G system warning light loop checking., PA system checking, Portable gas detector calibration.
