Over all responsible for export activities.
Directly interact with overseas buyers regarding the shipment queries.
Circulating the order sheet to all departments.
Analyzing the delivery dates of customers & comments.
Explaining the customer comments & following the comments in the production.
Sourcing the major material for sample & production.
Analyzing the information of resources and planning for production.
Sample costing.
Taking care of all shipping activities of both AIR & SEA.
Responsible to courier the samples to overseas buyers, by using FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT and Blue Dart for ensure the business development.
