Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences is a 1000 bed heart hospital – one of the largest in the world. The hospital has well qualified and highly skilled cardiac specialists and trained support staff working round the clock The hospital is equipped with 23 dedicated cardiac Operation Theatres and five digital cath labs – one being a Hybrid cath lab capable of performing both interventional cardiac procedures as well as surgeries for complex heart conditions. The Institute of cardiac sciences has the provision to perform 60 heart surgeries per day and currently performs 34 heart surgeries per day. It has 200 critical care beds for post operative care and performs 10,000 cath lab procedures in a year. Bone Marrow Transplant and Liver Transplant is Narayana Health City's expertise.
