I was a chef in training . I used to work at the cold, hot and egg station . Preparation of salads, sandwich, finger food at the cold kitchen and hot I used to cook beef stew, rice and gravy. At the egg station I made all types of eggs from sunny side up to poached eggs.

The had all different types of salads from simple salad to compound salads and at the grilling station prepared fillet steak, ostrich burger and calamari . There was also oxtail and at the pastry you had brownies and many more other desserts.
