ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Study and understand the scope of work, Identify the requirement of Material for performing the Job.

Material Identification through Blind List, P & ID, Drawings, and Data sheets, SPIR, ASME codes, ANSI, API standards.

Working with MAXIMO for reservation of the Stock Materials.

Site verification of the Equipment’s based on the scope of work to identity the Spare Requirement

Read WICS and WPS for the selection of Electrodes and Reservation for availability.

Selection of Materials as per the standards incorporation with QC for change of standards.

Identification of the Long lead items and prioritizes the availability by purchase.

Raise Purchase Requisition (PR) for direct charge items through MAXIMO after Precise Selection of Item Specification.

Technical Evaluation of the vendor specification of Item based on the standards & requirements

Continuous follow up and expedite the delivery of the materials.

Stocking the Chemicals based on the MSDS, and usage based on the Self life without any scraps

Weekly Material Progress Reporting to Maintenance Department.

Receiving the material with confirming the MTC and assure the availability in site.

Monitoring the progress of the job and coordinate with the execution team.

Reporting with the cost of materials incurred in the job to the estimated.

Should make available of materials prior to start of Shutdown.
