Job Profile : Working as Asst. Manager (Electrical) in 2x135MW TPP and handle the operation, maintenance and Techno commercial activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning/Scheduling of periodic and major maintenance / overhauling work. Trouble shooting of HT/LT Panels, PCC, MCC, HT Motors, LT motors, UPS, AVR, Alternator, Protection relays and its setting i.e. Generator Protection, Transformer Protection, O/C and E/F Protection

Continuous monitoring of plant process parameters to up keep smooth operation.

EHV Experience: 400KV Switchyard: (One and Half circuit breaker system)

132KV Switchyard: (Two main bus with bus coupler and section bus)

Testing, Commissioning, Maintenance & Operations of all Switchyard equipment’s.

ICT-200MVA, GT-180MVA, ST-40MVA, SST-0.25MVA, Isolators, CTs, PTs, CVTs, WTs, CBs, and LAs.

Scheme checking of 400kv and 132kv control & relay panel and supervision of relay settings with ABB testing engineer of Line protection, transformer protection, bus bar protection, bay control in switchyard.

Familiar with ABB make relay like REC670, REL670, RET670, REB670 etc.

Operational experience in 400/132KV SCADA system.

Techno Commercial Experience:

Collect ABT meter readings and Communication with WRLDC.

Weekly & monthly Energy Accounting w.r.t. REA & DSM.

Billing and reconciliation of energy with WRLDC and SLDC.

Power scheduling as per the provisions of Power Purchase Agreements.

Power trading to energy exchange through energy trading company.

All communications with Load Dispatch Centres.

Prepare daily generation report as desired by various regulatory bodies.
