ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY OF O&M

●Performing shutdown operations Through SCADA.

●Monitoring of power flow in Scada .Recording of hourly power flow details of both incoming and outgoing

feeders and lines.

●Coordination with load dispatch centers in order to maintain the Voltage regulations.

●Physical verification of all equipment’s like Transformers, CT’s, PT's, All Relays, FFPH systems, ACLT

systems, Battery chargers, DG sets, PLCC systems and all substation equipment’s in order to maintain

The Smooth Operations.

●Providing Timely Shutdown for the equipment’s for Maintenance. Record keeping of all equipment’s

Details.

●Maintaining of All Registers in order to Minimize the abnormalities like Registers for OTI, WTI’s of

Transformers and both bus&line reactors.CT oil levels, Breaker Counters and SF6 pressures of CB's.LA's

leakage currents and its counters. Energy meter readings of all lines.Monitering of DG diesel and FFPH

diesel engine diesel level. FFPH Water tank level and pressure.Monitering of Inverters and Battery banks.

●Recording of disturbance such as reason for trip. Distance of trip. Fault currents and other details in relay

●24 7 monitoring of all above mentioned activities in secure and safety manner..

At last ensure 100% safety Operations of both Human and Equipments.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY OF TESTING AND COMMISSIONING ENGINEER

●Testing of all electrical equipment’s such as Transformers, CT PT’s, Relays, CB’s, Wave traps, LA’s and Isolators under client norms and guidance.

●Commissioning of all above tested equipment’s.

●Commissioning process includes scheme modifications, cable laying by using cable schedules and also updating cable schedules. Error findings, Coordination with Relay engineer for status through and operational checks.

Major role is to Ensure Safety of Both Electrical equipment’s and Human safety is a priority.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Testing and commissioning of all Electrical equipment from 415 volts to 765 KV System.

Inspection of Control and Relay panel, Preparation of Test Report for Sub-Station.

Testing of CT, PT, CVT, Circuit breaker, Isolator, wave trap and lightening arrestor.

Scheme checking of HT and LT panel.

Scheme checking of control and relay wiring circuit, interface from yard equipment to control and relay panel with interlocks for transformer, bus coupler and line rays.

Modification of the cable schedule and wiring circuit as per customer and system requirement.

Submission of as-build cable schedule and test reports.

Operation and Maintenance of sub-station.

Prepare test protocols for sub station equipment’s and obtain customer approval.

Team handling, Co-ordination with client and team members.

Trouble shooting of all electrical circuit control and protection circuits.

Co-ordination with client in as Built Scheme drawing submission, test report
