CAREER OBJECTIVES:

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUNDS:

I). Working as a Manager HR & IR in Sree Pushpam Industries (FMCG- Manufacturing Unit), Pondicherry from 26.11.2018 to Till Date. HR Related Roles & Responsibilities.

Overall ‘In charge of Human resource and administration department Unit-I and Uit-II. And corporate office (Chennai).

Wage and salary administration of more than 500 employees. To ensure employee benefit scheme as EPF & ESI.

To developing a production plan and reduction of cost control expenses. Handling legal matters pertaining to the plant.

Implementation of collective labour laws.

Licensing & Registration and maintain Return & Register As per the act. Insurance related activity like WC, MBD, Machinery & Transport related. Liasioning with Government Authorities like P.F., E.S.I., Health and Safety, Pollution, Fire, Red-Cross, Police and Transport etc.

License & renewals and maintain the documents periodically (POLLUTION, MUNICIPALITY, IOF etc)

To Maintain and ensure the Statutory compliance of All the Govt.Dept & Liaison with Govt.Authorities.

II).Working as a Deputy Manager HR & IR in S & S Power Switch Gear Equipment Ltd (Manufacturing Unit), Pondicherry from 24.04.2017 to 23.11.2018. HR Related Roles & Responsibilities.

Overall ‘In charge of Human resource and administration department. like, Security Housekeeping Front office.

Wage and Salary administration of more than 1000 hundred employees. To ensure the Employee Benefit Schemes as EPF, ESI, Superannuation, Mediclaim Policy, Gratuity, & Bonus etc.

Recruitment and selection, Induction of new employees, and Training and Development activities.

Implementation of HR practices, Competency Mapping, Skill Matrix, Performance Management .

Co-ordination with all departments, sub-divisions by maintaining good interpersonal relations.

Maintain H.R. related records on monthly / yearly basis i.e. Employee Data Base, Leave Records for Regular / Contractor employees, Increment Detail, and Leave without pay records etc.

Prepare Full and Final settlement (Exit process) and M.I.S and reporting. Contract labour administration.

Weekly safety meeting with respective Departmental Head. Face to ISO audits external & internal related with ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001. Facilities Management – Telephones, Mobiles, Vehicles, Guest Entertainment Insurance renewals, Canteen facility etc.

Responsibility to MM Nagar plant (Weakly one day). IR Roles & Responsibility: -

Employee Relations, Employee Welfare and Safety activities. Rewards & recognition.

Handling legal matters pertaining to the plant.

Redressed of Employee grievances and negotiation with union related to LTS. Implementation of collective labour laws.

Grievance handling, Domestic enquiries, Welfare of employees, Statutory / Non statutory compliances under various acts like: - E.P.F., E.S.I., L.W.F., Factory Act etc. Licensing & Registration and maintain Return & Register As per the act. Insurance related activity like WC, MBD, Machinery & Transport related. Liasioning with Government Authorities like P.F., E.S.I., Health and Safety, Pollution, Fire, Police and Transport etc.

III). Working as a Sr.Officer HR & IR in Sunbeam Generators (P), Ltd (Manufacturing Unit), Pondicherry from 17.02.2009 to 22.04.2017.

Roles & Responsibilities.

Statutory, Salaries & Wages, Performance Management above 250 employees. To ensure the Employee Benefit Schemes as EPF,ESI, Superannuation, Mediclaim Policy, Gratuity, & Bonus etc.

License & renewals and maintain the documents periodically (POLLUTION, MUNICIPALITY, IOF etc).

Statutory compliance of All the Govt.Dept & Liaison with Govt.Authorities. Grievance handling & Disciplinary action.

Co-Ordination with all department heads.

To handle grievance (Police/Hospital/Accident) occurs at outside/inside factory premises. To deal with Court cases under criminal and others Acts. To Attend the Conciliation labour dept and labour court hearing. To maintain harmonious relation with outside leaders, Villagers & Others. Recruitments & Interviewing.

Company insurance Maintain like, Inward, Outward, Assets, MBD policy. 5`S Implementation and make it has habits and Monitoring House Keeping activities. Security administration, Front office Management.

Staff welfare activities ensure pure drinking Water, Tea, Rest room and Lunch Hall. Branch Office Personal Co-Ordination related to HR. Ensuring documentation of ISO-9001:2015 certifications. Maintaining the Imprest and submission.

Co-ordinate with LIC towards Gratuity, Superannuation, EDLI and Leave encashment. Prepare the full and final settlement for resigned/left employee. FIELD OF EXPOSURE-HR&IR.

Salary & Wages Statements preparation and E.S.I. & E.P.F returns & records. Maintain Inspector of factories records and Time office functions. Statutory compliance of All the Govt.Dept & Liaison with Govt.Authorities. Human Resources.
