11/19 – 07/20 - Alethix, LLC: Sr Business Analyst

Worked at US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) helping them to explore and resolve anti-agile patterns that are interfering with their Agile adoption in the e-Processing initiative. Toward that end, I participated in strategic and tactical planning discussions gathering requirements in the areas: design, development, testing, deployment, and operations. I retrieved, and analyzed large datasets using SQL, and Excel to define operational solutions and approaches.

I used Tableau to create innovative executive dashboards, scorecards, and weekly/monthly reports on the status of key business measurements. I developed interactive dashboards, reports, and analysis templates for personnel directly involved in the e-Processing value stream to better allow them to identify issues and quickly resolve them.

I also held weekly data calls to communicate out to all six branches and authored the System Delivery Division e-Newsletter.

04/19 – 11/20 - Genesis Consulting: Sr Business Analyst

Worked at US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) helping them manage multiple projects across all the portfolios within USCIS. I supported software testing and deployment efforts. In addition, I collaborated with stakeholder groups across the organization to ensure business and technology alignment.

I created project plans in accordance with project management framework standards and procedures and organize them in SharePoint. I held sprint demo and review sessions with all the stakeholders to go over work which was completed at the end of every sprint. I acted as the Subject Matter Expert for the Project Manager, team developers and testers, and stakeholders. I also completed documentation that was needed for the product to be FDA compliant.
