(eg. GTA, Rezlive, Vaitor, Expedia, Booking.com, Clear Trip etc). Along with doing Recce to check the hotels/ venues before finalizing any business deals. iv.) Being a tenured employee, helping the new associates with the process. v.) Attend Travel & Tourism Trade Road Shows organized by the respected Tourism Board (eg, Outbound Travel Mart).

vi.) Destination training programs & webinars.
