Project Execution Responsibilities

1. Planning, Execution, and overall management of Electromechanical works with emphasis on cost, safety and quality control.

2. Attend all management and technical meeting and liaise with external bodies for statutory requirements.

3. To coordinate with site project teams and design department for all engineering submittals.

4. To track the material order/deliveries as per project programme. 5. Plan the works as per project schedule and monitor the same regularly. 6. To foresee interfacing requirements and take suitable action. 7. To crosscheck the project design and highlight discrepancies if any with probable solutions for consultants review and approval.

8. Conduct periodic internal meetings and monitor work progress, appraise head office of the status and follow up for all requirements in a timely manner. 9. Responsible for expediting the construction activities to meet the milestones and timely completion of the project within the JCA amount. 10. To lead a team of engineers/supervisors on site for resolving day-to-day works. 11. Coordination with client, consultant & project managers for design issues. 12. Coordination with M/s DEWA to obtain NOC, drawing approval, estimates, inspections and release of electricity and water.

13. Preparing variation statements, budgetary estimates, BOQs, material indents. and invoicing.

14. Conduct ISO 9001 internal audits in various ongoing sites, planning dept., sales dept., etc.

Engineering & Commercial Responsilities

1. Review of shop drawings before submission to consultant. 2. Coordination of MEP services to suit civil and architectural requirements. 3. To lead and guide a team of design engineers to resolve coordination issues.

4. Review and submit material submittals

5. To attend design meeting with consultants and conduct internal design meetings.

6. Preparation of RFI / CVI to resolve design and drawing issues 7. Review of As-Built drawings.

8. Preparation and review of O & M manuals as per project requirements. 9. To review and understand the contract scope of works and specifications. 10. Initiate work completion programme to achieve targeted completion of project.

11. Achievement of forecasted budget of the project. 12. Identify and raise timely cost variations.

13. Maintaining ISO standards and procedures.

14. Initiate preparation of monthly invoices.

15. Follow-up and ensuring timely receipt of payments and variation claims. 16. Submission of close-out documents in a professional manner.
