Benchmarking data collection to understand the best of competitor to ensure delivery of optimized design to meet Quality, Cost, Weight and functional requirements.

Modeling and detailing of fixture concept to till split-up details,considering tooling interference, manufacturing feasibility, DMU packaging and implementing GD&T parameters to 2D drawings.

Optimizing Design for CAE under the different dynamic conditions of the fixture and understand the nature of failures and remedial measures.

Preparing DMU and Design review reports, DFMEA, Tool Go Ahead and supplier sign off.

Preparation of EBOM for fixture and child parts assembly for projects handling.

Interaction with manufacturing, strategic sourcing and supplier quality assurance for various stages of fixture development.

Follow up with Supplier and Sourcing team for job readiness for fitment of fixture.

VAVE Ideas generation, Feasibility Study and implementation.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

Crankcase for machining vibration control of HMC hydraulic fixtures.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

B.E Mechanical Engineering from Anna university and Technology Tiruchirappalli in 2016 with 70% .

HLC in Brindavan higher secondary school in 2012 with 95.33%.

SSLC from Government High School in 2010 with 94.6%.
