• Reckson Associates Realty retained as exclusive leasing agent for its 1.1-million-square-foot, premier office park.

• Core Plus Properties and Angelo, Gordon & Co. retained to market The Greenwich Atrium, a four-story, 100,000+ rentable square foot building it recently purchased at 75 Holly Hill Lane.

• Marketed the historic Wellmont Theater, Montclair, N.J. for Rosen Equities.

• Marketed for Building & Land Technology and Lubert-Adler 300,000 sf lease to relocate Starwood Hotels & Resorts corporate headquarters from White Plains, NY to Stamford, CT, named as “Deal of the Year” by the Commercial Property Executive.

• One Long Wharf Drive: a 300,000 SF Medical Office Building acquired by Newmark Holdings. Served as Key Advisor on the acquisition including the execution of analysis, lease positioning strategy, marketing, property management and capital improvements. The asset was later sold for $73 mm to HealthCare Trust with Yale-New Haven Medical as a tenant.

• Marketed “The Exchange”, Normandy Real Estate Partners’ portfolio in Westchester County, which consists of 14 buildings and 1.7 million square feet, a complex of buildings that used to be known as the Platinum Mile.

• Arranged the disposition of a 40- acre land parcel to Sloan Kettering / Walker Laboratory for a single-family luxury housing development.

• Completed deals with or on behalf of Vornado Real Estate Investment Trust, GTE, American Capital Group, Omnicom, Broadway Partners and Oaktree Capital, among others. Mendik Company (Vornado Realty Trust), New York, NY 1988 to 1992 Prominent developer, owner and manager of office, retail and industrial properties in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
