Reporting to Project Manager – operation proving technical support and supervision to all activities of different disciplines. Administration of corrective and preventive maintenance data base, reports and performance, environment and reporting review all new and existing waste management, health, safety and environmental performances.
Manage all Vendors in facility ensuring that all health and safety requirements are met monitor their.
Cost Estimation, billing and vendor management for assigned project.
Co ordinate planning, scheduling and implementation of activities to accomplish work in cooperation with other facilities department and services.
Setting up Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and system to enhance effectiveness of FM operation.

Involved in both Strategic Planning and day to day operation of Procurement and Contract Management, Building and Ground Maintenance, Cleaning, Catering, Health and Safety, Security, Utilities and communication infrastructure, Space Management
Ensure Vendors are delivering needed and contract services on time, per contracted specification and within budget..
Conduct regular site inspections to proactively indentify operational, maintenance and improvement needs, implement and needed solutions.
