Registration of concrete cubes compression test order reports.

Reporting client’s data information and concrete cubes test result using OMS (Operating Management System) client’s structural reference, project name and reference number, owner, suppliers, consultants and contractors, source of materials, sampling method, place of sampling, date of receiving and date of casting, sampling certificate number, sampling method, place of casting, type of cement and mix type, method of compaction, test measurement, dimensions, mass, density, the volume, maximum load, method and equipment of compaction, client’s cube id number, actual test age, required test age and strength grade of concrete cubes samples.

Manually checking details of reports of the central and site lab, all information in the test report from the original client’s test order request to the printed hard copy of the test result on compressive strength of concrete cubes before final approval and releasing of documents to the clients.

Collect, verify accuracy and sort all documents which correspond to the client’s request.

Review data for corrections or errors, amend any incompatibilities when required.

Preparation and making invoices.

Maintain proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.

Answering phone calls and client’s inquiries in most courteous manner.

Operate office equipment, manage office space.

Maintain confidential information.
