Represent the firm as the primary point of contact for assigned exhibitions, from inception of project planning to project completion phase.

Evaluation of tenders and contracts attained from corporate companies, understanding the scope of work and liaising with all internal departments to successfully complete the tender requirements.

Monitoring of the bid management to ensure that it is aligned with the organization’s requirements.

Review of tender documentation (both technical and commercial requirements), and management of tender preparations.

Coordination of tender deadlines, and adjusting them to the frameworks given by the customers.

Manage client’s expectations to ensure client retention and satisfaction in tandem with corporate profitability.

Coordinate and communicate with the clients to respond to all their needs for stand construction and other mandatory support materials for their upcoming events.

Work closely in coordination with Finance, Contracts, Production, Procurement and Design Departments.

In charge of liaising with participating local and international exhibitors to bring in stand construction built up and other support such as decoration, furniture rental, electrical connections & installation, specialized equipment, stalls, stage, AV equipment.

Prepare project status reports, including pre-project and post-project reports for higher management and updating progress of the unit in terms of sales generated on quarterly basis to the Middle East regional headquarters.

Brainstorming with design architects to develop 3D environments and themed fit-outs.

Liaising with the DECC/QNCC or other venues, on getting the designs approved, processing necessary paper works and ordering forms to enable smooth ride at the venue for all exhibition stands booked.

Floor-plan preparations and floor marshalling during the show.

Responsible for email campaigning, press releases and other media marketing strategies to collate exhibitors and event organizers to cater to stand construction services.

Schedule and manage installation and dismantling of exhibition stands, according to client requirements, complying with the regulations set forth by venue and organizers.

Maintain and follow-up on previous and existing client accounts and points of contacts. 3. Senior Project Manager

Oversee and manage all operational aspects of assigned exhibitions

Train and mentor new recruits in their respective roles and assign duties as per their strengths.
