ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: -Site Quality Leader, taking care overall quality function, customer quality, process quality, supplier quality, NPD quality, warranty and quality services ( metrology, standards room activities-NABL accreditation -ISO 17025 lab), establishing quick response in six sigma projects, ensuring the system requirements (TPM, TQM, DRM, and PDCA) To Establish zero defect approach through training the people and conducting auditing like VDA-6.3, ZDA steps, 5S, Ford Q1,process and product audits, Supporting our other WABCO sites. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Taking care production and build quality of the vehicles in multi model vehicle production lines (Chassis assembly line), establishment of new improvement in the assembly line by using of different tools like GEMBA, TPM, MOST, SMED and SPF. Monitoring and controlling of cost, inventory, establish and fulfill the system requirements like TS/EMS/OSHAS. As a leader of vehicle demerit quality points problem solving team and new launch of vehicles.
