We are happy to ask you to join our Work From Home Training Batch for Life Insurance and Other Insurance Related Products. We will be Happy to appoint you as a Life Insurance Promoter with our Company for Gross Annual Salary of Rupees 1,44,000 (One Lakh Forty Four Thousand Only) Plus Additional Commission as to be Described in Your Salary Annexures after Successfully Completing the Training program with Merit Score.
During Training These Points are to be Very Strictly Followed: 1) We do work in timely manner to be eligible for Gross Salary 2) We have Four reporting’s in a Day 10.00am, 1.00pm, 4.00pm and 7.00pm. 3) Call History Screen Shots for Every 3 Hours Along with Statistic, Call History Mailing via Call History Software in Last Reporting at 7.00 All these are Compulsory Reportings.
4) 180 min of Communication is Compulsory Daily with Clients. 5) Call Recording of all Clients-Call is Compulsory along With Uploading of Call Recordings to Google Drive for R&D Team.
6) If any Day U Miss or Don't follow any of the Above than we shall Mark you Absentee for that Particular Training Day
7) Training Will be for approx 7 Days and Any absentee, Negligence or Poor Performance During Training will Further Increase the Training Days 8) Any Two Non Reporting Day or Any Two Absentee during Training Days Will Automatically Lead to Termination of Training and The Person Shall be Out of our Training Program without issuing any Further Notice. 9) Non Performers, Slow Learners and Non Attentive Can be terminated. 10) Training Days are Non Paid Days and No Charge are to be paid for Training Either.
11) All Activation of Policies during Training will automatically be Carry Forwarded in Respective Accounts.
