Generating enquires of tenders via newspaper/ magazines/website & other relevant sources like Consultant, Architects and Clients.

Attending sales promotional events and exhibitions.

To prepare the PQ and submit the tender for jobs

Update MIS/ B.D. reports.

Prepare internal and external MOU & JV agreements with the help of company secretary as per client requirements.

Generating & Updating of Data Base on regular basis

Analyzing & Studying the Tender document in detail and Prepare “Self Analysis Sheet- SAS” / Detailed SAS for qualification
