August, 2011 to January 6,2016 : Safelite Auto Glass
I managed the Nampa Idaho location 3226 for Safelite Auto Glass, which was a promotion from the Boise location. I was responsible for the day to day operations of the store. I managed five techs daily. I also install depending on the day and how busy the shop is. I continue to keep a score of 96% customer satisfaction rate as well as a 99% quality of work score, as well as all my other management duties which include opening and closing the store, routing jobs to techs, inventory, engaging all employee that I come in contact with. I am responsible for all kpi’s and the store p&l’s.
October, 2010 – August, 2011: Safelite Auto Glass
In October of 2010 I was promoted to the Manager position for Store 4039 in Boise idaho. I helped develop the One-Tek tool with Glen Moses and other management. I also travel to various locations such as Boston, Connecticut and Seattle to help with catastrophe management. My regular duties include installation and repair of auto glass, purchasing, inventory, invoicing, answering phones and turning inquiries into sales, budgeting, encouraging team members to strive for better results, participation in the training of employees, track KPI’s, and other regular management duties.
June, 2007 – October, 2010: Diamond Triumph Auto Glass/Safelite Auto Glass
Installation and repair of auto glass, answer phones and turning inquiries into sales, write up work orders, invoice jobs and help to manage glass inventory. In addition, I support the manager in a variety of extra duties. Diamond Glass was bought out by Safelite Auto Glass
May, 2005 – June, 2007: Glass Doctor
Managed 3 employees, routed daily jobs, ordered glass and other sundries, did returns, installation of auto and residential glass, chip repairs, insured technicians were trained, provided technical leadership, evaluated performances.
January, 2005 – May, 2005 – Fast Glass
Installation of auto, residential and commercial glass as well as chip repairs. Lifted many heavy windshields and glass units and installed them. Was recruited by Glass Doctor for a managerial position.
September, 2004 – January, 2005: Self Employed
Owner/Operator of All About Glass. Installation of auto, residential and commercial glass as well as chip repairs. Routed daily jobs as well as filing paperwork with the insurance companies. Made all orders and returns, scheduled all appointments and made all sales calls. Was solicited by Fast Glass. I accepted because of the insurance benefits for my family.

Installation of auto glass and chip repairs. Was let go from this job.
August, 1996 – August, 1999: Les Bois Glass
Installation of auto and residential glass. Managed one employee. Routed daily jobs, made glass orders and did returns. Answered phones and made appointments as well. Left for a better paying position with insurance benefits.

Commercial glass installation throughout southern Idaho. Left because I did not want to travel with a newborn and a wife who just had surgery.

Installation of auto, residential and commercial glass as well as chip repairs. Left for a higher paying position.

Attended the Sika Certification Program multiple times, the latest in 2013
Experience cutting and grinding to pattern, as well as designing patterns
