Classified 1200 parts and components on acquisition ofBOM for NAVAIR UAV designer and manufacturer. Accomplishments: Managed implementation of remedial measures pursuant to consent agreement with Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Successfully prepared and prosecuted TAA permitting collaboration, including exchange of technical personnel, among facilities in United States, Germany and India on designs for equipment on newly developed military aircraft (e.g., F-22, V-22, AH-64; C-130J). Export Counsel: Contract attorney responsible for export control issues regarding DuPont Engineering Polymers, DuPont Titanium, and other business units as assigned, including deemed export licensing, determinations of product jurisdiction and classification and licensing.

Accomplishments: Drafted, prosecuted, and led implementation of export licenses for technology and equipment for new titanium dioxide plant in Peoples Republic of China. Drafted procedure for dealing with inspections by regulatory agents. Classification of various engineering polymers and chemical processing equipment used to produce them. Determined need for and prosecuted applications for deemed export licenses for scientists and engineers.
