Objective: To obtain a challenging position that’s allows me to demonstrate my extensive construction experience and knowledge for a position as a project manager and or a project superintendent. I want to utilize my experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction that I have obtained over the last 30 years. I have a lot of experience in reading residential and commercial blue prints for ground up projects as well as 95 remolding or buildouts of commercial buildings.

EXPERIENCE

JUNE 2017 – CURRENT

PROJECT MANAGER, Orchard Knoll Developers, Bridgewater MA

Demoed the Belfour Ring Factory in N Attleboro MA. Did the abatement of all the steel frame windows. Disposed of the entire building. Installed Building A Starting with 362 Geo Piers. This was a mixed building with Steel on the first floor following an additional 5 floors with truss floor frame. Building 193 Apartment units, studios, 1 bed, 2 bed, and 2 bed with a den. All apartments are fully appliance. All bottom floors commercial space with 26 parking spaces in the garage and a roof top bar on the 5th floor accessible for tenants only.

AUGUST 2016 – MAY 2017

PROJECT MANAGER, napco construction llc, lakewood nj

Build 28 new beds to a Nursing Home / Rehab center called Webster Park Rehab. Was Responsible for taking the project from half way point all the way through completion with sign off for occupancy from building inspector. The old building that we added on to was over 50 years old. Was in charge of every phase of the construction project.

JANUARY 2016 – JULY 2016

PROJECT MANAGER, Marathon construction llc, Enon Oh

Was owner’s rep as a project manager for remodeling of all the Hess gas stations in the New England Area. We did only half of our projected schedule which means I did 18 remodeled projects instead of the 38 or that year. Gilbane Contractors out of RI was my General Contractor for all my projects. Marathon pulled the plug on the project halfway through because gas was going up and they make their money primarily on selling gas.

NOVEMBER 2014 – 2016

SUPERINTENDENT, D.F. Pray general contracting, New Bedford Ma

Responsible for constructing commercial buildings, from ground ups to complete buildouts and remodels. Strongly emphasizing on total quality and getting the job done on time, on budget, without sacrificing the quality. Worked closely with Architects to ensure that their design was done correctly while providing the best quality service.

JANUARY 2011 – 2013

PROJECT MANAGER, Esco Energy Services

Responsible for running and managing multiple construction project at one time. I would retro fit commercial light fixtures in commercial buildings. I would change existing light fixtures to LED. We would do multiple projects at a time thus saving the customer 25 to 35% on the bill each month.
