Xrayed, scanned and labeled mail arriving from UPS/FedEx/DHL and US Postal services for Bank of America. Then separated mail and packages by buildings and had load into individual trucks. I was assigned to deliver mail and packages to Hearst Tower and BB&T, however, did work in most all Bank of America buildings. I delivered to each floor and each individual having to have each package signed for. I had Homeland Security clearance! This was a two year contract.

The company went through three computer systems and each time I was sent to training. I assisted employees one on one at their positions to ease the transition from one system to another. I worked in The USAIRWAYS club assisting our more than frequent travelers. I worked on the arrival/departure gates as an agent and lead. I manned the Special Service Counters (which were the most difficult and confrontational areas) as derivative of the main ticketing counter to assist passengers that needed immediate assistance with ticketing, delays or any other issues they had.
