Pre & post treatment of boiler water.
Operation & Monitoring of CPU to maintain feed water quality for supercritical & sub-critical boilers .
Successfully handled AVT(R),AVT(O) & OT(Oxygen treatment) treatment for once –through cycle boiler.
Regular round the clock monitoring of SWAS analyzers to present immediate online running parameter.
Certified Master in science offering over 16yrs and 09 months of experience in analysis & treatment of RAW water,DM water, Boiler water/steam, Effluent & cooling water with analysis of coal & oil . Regular Lab analysis of boiler water & steam,
Preparation and standardization of laboratory reagents to present correct value (as per IS 3025 ) .
Cooling water analysis and treatment to minimise blowdown & mantaining good quality to prevent scale deposition in condenser tube & proper heat exchange.
DM plant water analysis & maintaining desired value.

Coal,ash,gas & oil analysis:-
Proximate,Finness analysis of coal.
Analysis of coal GCV by bomb calorimeter.
LOI analysis of bottom ash & fly ash.
Generator H2,CO2 & O2 analysis by orsat & potable analyzer.
Dew point analysis as per requirement.
Oil analysis like moisture,viscocity,NAS value, TAN value,mechanical impurity,flash point.
Instrument handled like-Bomb calorimeter(LECO AC500),GC(ZHQ701),Coulometre(metohm 831KF),Viscocity metre(ZHN1502),FLASH POINT(ZHB202 & APM-7)),gas analyzer(f23,f24 & nova) Control room or DCS Operations:-
Well conversant with the RO start up, DM Start Up, regeneration, Backwash,resin fouling treatment,RO chemical-cleaning and shutdown of plant, and its auxiliaries.
Ensuring all the process parameters are within the limits by continuous monitoring & taking corrective actions on the deviations as per the SOP.
Recording of work orders given on the plant equipments and tracking of those in the execution stage with the help of local operations for completing it in a safe manner.
Ensuring total control over all the auxiliary systems through proper communication and directing it in right and safest manner.
Energy efficiency, safest and economic operations will be ensured all the time.
Along with RO/Dm operation acquainted in WTP,ETP & clarifier operation Local or Field Operations:-
Ensuring and maintaining cleanliness of equipments and its operating conditions by having a close observation on the parameters and the physical condition.
Ensuring 100% safety on each job carried on the equipments by isolating the equipment from power supply as per the SOP and supervising the job.
More vigilant in making rounds to all the area equipments and remote communication will be given in time.
Acting fast and proactively for restoring the plant during emergencies, critical conditions.
Coordinating with the maintenance departments for equipments changeover and maintenance jobs and reporting the status to the control room.
