Drafting and Finalizing Rental/Lease Agreements for Renting of Immovable Properties.
Primary Point of Contact for all important areas to resolve queries/handle escalations.
Looking after all the Receivables of Debtors, TDS certificates and verifying Form 26AS for all TDS deductions made by our Client. Follow-up with Clients for non-payment of TDS and make them to pay the TDS and file the TDS Returns.
Prepare and Send MIS reports to all the Directors.
Doing email communications with all our business associates.
Doing Payroll work like Preparation of Monthly Salary Statement for Staff and workers and making payments thro Net Banking etc.
