Responsible for the Designing of new components & modification in existing products by using 3D Modelling Software, Preparing Data & Direction for these products. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design & Modelling of new components by using Pro-E software as per requirements of standards and Domestic, International Markets.

Handling the design and drafting of shop floor drawings.

Good knowledge of GD&T.

Inspection of newly manufactured components as per specifications and Standard and giving approval to them.

Checking and Correcting the Drawings of components before delivered to Manufacturing.

Solving problems in the shop floor by working closely with production people.

Participating in design & project reviews internally as well as with customer.

Having the responsibility for design preparation and preparation of data and directions- Process sheets, Quality Plan and BOM using MRP system as per ISO system.

Responsible for giving approval for non standard enquiries regarding tapchangers from marketing department.

Testing and functional feasibility check on Prototypes.

Modification in Existing products as per requirement.

Responsible for assembly fitment issues and fitment report for new development parts.

Preparing General Arrangement and Layout Drawings.

Designing & development of Intank tapchangers and flange mounted tapchanger in proe.

Conducting type tests and routine tests for tapchanger like endurance testing, contact resistance testing and also coordinating with quality department for few products.

Responsible for cost reduction, bench marking and field issues. CERTIFICATIONS:

ACADEMIC PROJECTS:

Project Title - Robotic Manipulators (BE Project) Description-The manipulators will be capable of picking the objects from present co-ordinates and place them to the desired co-ordinates.

Components used : Arduino AT Mega 2560, Motors, Battery eliminator, Gears, Wires, Screws and Nuts.

Selected the material for robotic manipulator is Aluminium. The computer controls the robot by rotating individual step motors connected to each joint. Unlike ordinary motors, step motors move in exact increments. This allows the computer to move the arm very precisely, repeating exactly the same movement over and over again.
