Maintaining an accurate inventory monthly and tracking materials.

Communicating with other branches for items that are needed before purchasing to see if swaps or shipping directly to us is a cheaper alternative.

Overseeing the company safety committee to ensure that all safety initiatives are being met and that all changes are being made accordingly.

Oversee all safety training and maintain a log of all who train whether training is in person or done via the training video website, Vivid Learning.

Coordinator of all SGP projects, including maintaining certification for all branches, and ensuring that all projects for the yearly period are completed and that we complete and pass all audit requirements. Additionally, I hold quarterly meetings with a small committee compromised of associates to inform them of the progress and delegate tasks if necessary. **I worked to ensure that this company gained the SGP certification making Shepard the first and ONLY general service contractor in the world to have this certification**

Created carbon footprints for each location as part of the SGP certification process and worked to achieve a sustainability program complete with in-house and show site recycling protocols, which have allowed us to cut costs and cut the amount of waste being produced.

Working with design teams, on project builds to ensure that the best, and most safe structure is being produced.

Coordinate with on site operations supervisors on how they want projects loaded for shows, adding floor plans and specialty zone plans to each project.

Working to ensure that all systems trailers are loaded correctly for each show, manifested to reflect the correct projects, and then making sure each trailer is in coordination.
