PROFILE SUMMARY

I have done Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Tourism management and carrying a work experience of 10 years in F&B department from international chain hotel and restaurants.

My last position was a Kitchen Manager with the most well-known & one of the biggest cloud kitchen company in the world (Kitopi). Previously managed a 250 covers international cuisine restaurant in Dubai named” Crumbs Elysee” for 2 years. Also, worked with celebrity chef Silvena Rowe in the preopening of the award winning healthy and organic restaurant Omnia Chain in Dubai.

I was managing a huge Kitchen at DIFC, a team of 110 staff & handling delivery of 40 different brands. Also, I have good knowledge of controlling food & beverage cost, preparing a monthly budget, revenue report, making PNL, and marketing etc.

In Mercure Gold Hotel in Dubai being a restaurant supervisor i was given a chance to handle multiple F&B outlets like all-day dining, Indian specialty restaurant, room service, banquets and launch bar all together for one year in the absence of F&B manager.

ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Overall responsible for a satellite kitchen.

Making sure to hit all financial targets of the satellite kitchen, Maintain and raise the profit margins on food whenever possible.
