Lead Special Inspector / QC (Reinforcing steel, Concrete, Masonry, Welding, High Strength bolting)
- Oversight of structural inspections for re-build of a multi-level structure, located in the heart of downtown Riversides historical district.
- Performed daily inspections and monitored daily activities to ensure compliance of codes and specifications.
- Prepared daily field reports and maintained testing logs for project review.
- Coordinated with various trades to ensure successful execution of work performed.
- Provided detailed information on construction concerns to the Project Engineer and General Contractor to facilitate the resolution of issues.
