Roles and Responsibilities:
Participate in the review of project HSE documents applicable to safe working operations
Request and validate PTW from the PCF and take absolute responsibility of personnel in charge of work site throughout shift period
Responsible for carrying out HSE walk-through inspection on site to monitor compliance, identify potential hazards and enforce safe work procedure where necessary.
Responsible for passionately driving Anomaly Reporting in the Bonga FPSO Fabric Maintenance Project.
Responsible for coordinating the HSE activities of 71 employees on Site.
Responsible for accident/incident/near miss investigations on Site
Responsible for driving the BONGA (SNEPCO)/Prezicon golden HSE rules of compliance, intervention and respect in line with Shell goal Zero.
Responsible for ensuring that safe work procedures are followed on Site
Responsible for inducting new personnel on board the Bonga FPSO, before joining the Fabric Maintenance campaign team.
Responsible for coordinating and facilitating the daily safety briefing and toolbox talks with all the work teams.

Responsible for taking the daily inventory of drugs in the Gas Plant clinic
Inspect facilities to identify non compliance and make recommendations
Maintain and update Health and Safety documentations.
Prepare HSE daily and weekly reports on site occurrences and provide management with statistical information for decision making.
Assist in Investigating and recording incidence to determine the root cause.
Assist in the organization of Safety trainings for employees.
Responsible for Stopping any unsafe act or process dangerous to workers.
Oversees installations and safe disposal of waste in line with regulatory requirement.
