SAFETY

Issuing Work permits after necessary verification at site

Carrying out plant inspections at regular frequencies.

Organizing safety committee meeting on regular basis.

Investigating all incidents and near misses to identify its root cause and provide CAPA recommendations to prevent the re-occurrence.

Preparing HIRA & ASPECT IMPACT studies for all activities.

Imparting Induction training to the New Employees and other job specific training.

Preparing Safe work procedures and MSDS for displays.

Maintenance Propane yard safety such as Fire Monitor, Gas detector and Deluge system.

Maintenance of all firefighting equipment’s.

Arranging AMC for Firefighting Equipment’s.

Sampling and procurement of Personal Protective Equipment’s.

Preparing Monthly safety reports with graphical representations to top management.

HEALTH

Maintaining Occupational Health Centre, Ambulance and procurement of medicines.

Conducting training program for employees and contractors regarding occupational Health and hygiene.

Carrying out surveys by using monitoring equipment’s like, Sound level meter and Lux Meter.

Organizing periodical medical check-up for all employees and staffs and maintenance of records.

SAFETY AUDITS & COMPLIANCE

Conducting Safety Audits & Risk Assessment.

Supported in maintenance of safety related records for OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification.

Actively involved in closure of non-conformity within stipulated time.

Preparing reports about the results of inspections, investigations and its follow up.

Correlating with competent safety personal for testing & certification as Per TNFR

Maintaining Safety Legal register and other safety compliances.

PROJECT HANDLING

Completely engaged in green field project extension work activities.

Correlated the installation and commissioning of Fire hydrant system.

Correlated the installation and commissioning of foam flooding system as a fire suppression system in LPG and flammable liquid usage zone.

Effectively coordinate the installation of Manual call point system and public addressing system to alert workers during emergency situation.
