PROJECT 1: Boeing Testing & Evaluation Design 777-9 Served as a Flight test design Engineer for BT&E 777-9 program and successfully executed two work statements i.e "C62B-Installation of Strain gages on to MAIN CARGO DOOR" & "C81E-Installation of Pressure testing probe on to DUCT, ZONE E

Activities involved are conducting Design review meetings with all the stakeholders concerned with the Work statement, Creating Installation Drawings, Parts list, Coordinating with Liaison engineer to Feed the data to PDM software, Sign-off from Design Engineer lead at Seattle. Releasing the drawings to Boeing global platform (REDARS) Moderator for meetings with onsite coordinator

Tools used - CATIA V5, ENOVIA-LCA, IVT (Integration Visualization Tool) PROJECT 2: BT&E Manufacturing 777-9 & 737-10

Activities involved feasibility study, creation of single page production drawings, trainings on various boeing standard documents, Query resolution, parts inspection, FAIR verification and validation as per AS9102.

Raising the Engineering change requests, Request for Action reports. EDUCATION

PROJECT 3: Boeing 747-8 GREEN AIRPLANE DESIGN

Involved in detail design of parts like skin panels, stringers, chords, Ribs, Webs, sheet metal parts, forging, casting and machined components.

Study and validation of inputs from the Client required to build the parts and assemblies at the respective aircraft location as per Boeing Standards/ master data provided.

Activities involved Implement the applicable ADCN's, creating the CARM with Fastener points, Interface checking and clash analysis, Quality Checking & uploading the module to server. PROJECT 4 : GE-Aviation system FAIR (AIRBUS A 350 Program) First Article Inspection verification and validation as per AS9102_Rev B

& Client Requirements.

Reviewed 350+ FAI Reports from varied suppliers for Airbus A350 Program.

PROJECT 5: Parker Hannifin FAIR (Airbus, Bombardier) First Article Inspection verification and validation as per AS9102_Rev B

& Client Requirements.

Activities involved training the team on Aerospace materials, Special processes, terminology, FAIR Verification & Validation process etc, Query resolution by coordinating with tier-2 suppliers of parker division if required, ISO documentation.
