During last 4 months of my experience at AIIMS, I have been operating on traumatic head injury patients and performing craniotomy and de compressive hemi craniectomy with post-operative ICU management and care. Tumour excision in form of meningioma, glioma and posterior fossa tumour excision has been performed and management of hydrocephalus in form of VP Shunting and Extra ventricular drainage independently. Assisting in intracranial aneurysm clipping and the post-operative care and management of spinal tumor excision, decompression and management of traumatic spinal management. Since the outbreak of CVOID-19, we have been at front line for screening and monitoring patients with COVID-19 taking all the necessary COVID Precautions and still remain unaffected by it.
