I HAVE REGULAR MEETINGS WITH MY STAFF TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE. I AM TARGET DRIVEN SO I ENSURE THAT TARGETS ARE MET AT THE END OF EVERY MONTH.
