Worked with Jain Electroplast Pvt Ltd. Nathupur, Sonipat Haryana as an Sr Engineer in ABS Electroplating Plating Department since 2012 to 2014.

JOB PROFILE:

Responsibilities includes:.

Maintanence & Troubleshooting

1. Devlop maintanence procedures and ensure implementation.

2. Monitoring PLC, SCADA system, Control Panel, attand breakdown and troubleshooting all type of fault ( Electrical/Mechanical ) in plant.

2 Erection commissioning and maintenance of Electrical Power Panel, Control Panel, PLC Panel, MCCB Panel and Automation system for Plant & Machinery.

3. Operation and Maintenance of Plating Plant - PLC, SCADA, Reactifier, Transpoters, Utility like- Hot water generator (0.45MW), Scrubber(20,000CFM), AHU (35,000 CFM), Chiller (30 & 50 ton ), Compressor.

4. Implement Preventive, predictive & Breakdown maintenance including rejection troubleshooting and upkeep of Engineering Services with proper documentation.

5. ABS Plating process- Handling process problems like Etching, Nutrilizer zer, pre activator, activator, accelerate, electroless, im cu, copper, Nickel, Chrome.

6. Man Powers handling and arrangement.

7 Installation and inspection of new equipments.

8.. To ensure optimum utilization of Men & Machine and to improve productivity.

9. Responsibility of audit, and plant documentation.

KNOWLEDGE GAINED:

Good exeperience of two ABS Electroplating Auto plant (Jain Electroplast & JSG Innotech pvt ltd) Instalation and commissioning and make them up to full production.

Knowledge of Operate and Monitoring and maintenance of auto plant.

Knowledge of ABS Chrome Plating Process and troubleshooting problems.

Knowledge on Automation & PLC Troubleshooting,knowledge of Automation wiring.

Knowledge of energy and cost saving of plant by applying some kizen.

Knowledge of program AC drives its variable speed & Torque Characteristics, Energy saving concepts.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:

1. 4 Years Engineering Graduate from BERI, Bhopal in 2011.

2. 6 months Automation Course in (PLC, SCADA, DCS, Drive and HMI) from Sofcon India pvt ltd Delhi.

3. Industrial training from NTPC Power plant (3200MW) singaruli. in 2011.
