Support and guidance to Technical Project team on general EPC Techno legal contractual issues. Clarification of contractual/legal queries, if required by referring to Legal team and coordination with external lawyer team for court related matters.

Undertaking and reviewed any other contractual/commercial tasks on procurement of material, service contract for on-shore and off-shore as instructed/requested by EPC Project Management team.

Establishment and implementation of project specification contractual procedures, particularly regarding Claims, Insurance-Erection All Risk(EAR), variation orders, correspondence, notifications and bidding Support to prepare agreement between construction Project (EPC) and sub-contractor(s) for site construction work.

Legal support to team for contractual legal risk; implementation of appropriate construction Project Contract Commercial Plan and legal risk analysis of company methodology and primary Knowledge of Special Purpose Vehicle and Public Private Partnership (SPV and PPP module).

Communication between deferent departments of organization regarding techno legal related issue. Reply and issue of letters to owner and subcontractors related to contractual matters.

Introducer knowledge of Insolvency and Bankruptcy code- 2106 resolution process.

Active participation in commercial arbitration as a coordinator with external lawyer team.

Coordination with court lawyer team in different states High Courts and Arbitration board team regarding pending case and update of court proceeding. And provide information to management on schedule of case progress.

Professional Experience and responsibilities with present organization:

Primarily assigned to provide legal guidance and assistance and Draft and negotiate agreements – EPC-Project Agreements, service agreements Prepare and review and provide inputs legal opinions.

Review and diligence of contracts documents, checking and following safe legal procedures as per company norm and standards practice.

Preparation of legal memoranda on techno-legal issues pertaining by project technical team – particularly on issues relating equipment purchase (Import) (Bill of lading and letter of credit for international commercial transaction), site technical service agreement and closing of contract.

Analysis and reviewed of contract between EPC group and sub-Contractor Company. Assisted a case of International breach of contract.

Assist a case of International Arbitration and passed favorable consent award along with MOM within 6 month and another case is under proceeding with sub-contractor.

Drafting of various type Agreements like Purchase agreement, MOM or other type of legal activity.

Assigned to provide legal guidance and advice for commercial contractual matter and structure, and review reports for legal bidding documents.

Complete monitoring and reviewing of procedures for the safety of the firm in legal context

Active participation in matters like signing of agreements, contracts, and Arbitration and dispute resolution etc.
