Responsibilities: Some of the details are as follows:

Complete Reporting required (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, special meetings),

Worked in WMS, IMB Congo’s, Oracle, MFP(Merchandise Financial Planning) and RT Web where company has its Dash board to check all stock status and report,

Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay,

Track the level of inventory compared to the number of sales, working to quickly turn around products,

Generate short- and long-term merchandising plan to meet company financial objectives.

Allocates merchandise to stores according to warehouse and store inventory levels,

Analysing past sales figures to anticipate future stock requirement,

Will assist stores with merchandise transfers to fulfill stock needs,

Allocating merchandise for all the country in GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar & UAE),

Planning stock allocation for each store,

Organizing stock transfers and movement within the business,

Liaising closely with warehouses, stores and other Head Office departments
